qq9 Terms & Conditions

qq9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.

These Terms govern all services offered by qq9, including but not limited to live casino games, sports betting (with particular reference to cricket, BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international fixtures), slot games, crash games, and any promotional or bonus offerings made available to players in Bangladesh.

1.1 To register an account with qq9, you must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. By completing the registration process, you warrant and represent that all information provided is accurate, truthful, and up to date.

1.2 Registration is open to residents of Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for determining the legality of their participation and qq9 accepts no liability in this regard.

1.3 qq9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, and during routine compliance reviews. Accepted documents include national identity cards, passports, driving licences, and utility bills issued within the last 90 days.

1.4 qq9 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any existing account at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide reasons.

2.1 Each individual may hold only one active qq9 account at any given time. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify qq9 immediately at [email protected].

2.3 You must keep your registered contact details — including your email address and mobile number — accurate and current. qq9 uses these details to send security alerts, withdrawal confirmations, and compliance notices. Failure to maintain accurate details may result in delayed service or account suspension.

2.4 Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. qq9 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts or to close them after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address.

3.1 qq9 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳).

3.2 Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published on the payments page of the platform and are subject to change. Players should verify current thresholds prior to initiating any transaction.

3.3 All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name. qq9 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit made from a payment source not belonging to the account holder will be returned, subject to applicable processing fees.

3.4 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. qq9 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.

3.5 Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 60 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days. Times stated are estimates and are not guaranteed.

3.6 qq9 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which qq9 accepts no responsibility.

4.1 qq9 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each individual promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.

4.2 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any player found to be abusing bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using promotional funds solely to meet withdrawal thresholds without genuine play, or engaging in matched betting strategies — will have their bonuses voided and may have their account permanently closed.

4.3 qq9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus will be given reasonable notice of any material changes to the terms of that bonus.

4.4 Free bets, free spins, and cashback credits are non-transferable, have no cash value until wagering requirements are met, and cannot be withdrawn directly. Any winnings generated from bonus funds above the specified cap will be removed at the point of withdrawal.

4.5 Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new players only and may only be claimed once per household, device, or IP address. qq9 uses technical measures to detect and prevent duplicate bonus claims.

5.1 All games offered on the qq9 platform — including live casino tables, slot titles, crash games, and sports betting markets — operate in accordance with rules published by the respective game providers. These rules are accessible within each game interface and are binding on all players.

5.2 qq9 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all virtual games. Live casino games are conducted by human dealers in real time via video stream. The outcomes of all games are final once settled and cannot be altered retroactively, except in the case of a demonstrable technical error documented by qq9 or the game provider.

5.5 Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply to all betting markets and are displayed within each market. Bets placed that exceed these limits will be accepted only up to the published maximum. qq9 reserves the right to impose personal stake limits on any player account without notice.

5.6 Players must not use automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools designed to give an unfair advantage. Detection of such tools will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

6.1 qq9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Players are encouraged to treat gambling as a form of entertainment and to wager only amounts they can comfortably afford to lose. qq9 provides deposit limits, session time controls, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools accessible directly from the account settings panel.

6.2 Self-exclusion requests submitted by a player are binding for the duration chosen by the player at the time of activation. A player who self-excludes may not attempt to open a new account during the exclusion period. Doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms and any resulting account will be closed immediately.

• Fraud: Using stolen payment credentials, falsified identity documents, or any other deceptive means to access or fund an account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage at the expense of other participants.
• Match-fixing: Placing bets on sporting events in which you have inside knowledge of a predetermined outcome, or in which you are a participant.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment disputes or chargebacks with your payment provider in bad faith after receiving the services paid for.

• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward qq9 staff or other users via any communication channel.

8.1 All content on the qq9 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, video streams, and data — is the intellectual property of qq9 or its licensed providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content.

8.2 The qq9 name, logo, and brand identifiers are proprietary marks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any commercial or promotional context is strictly prohibited.

9.1 qq9 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to maintain service continuity, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from interruption.

9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qq9 excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill.

9.3 qq9's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to their qq9 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.1 qq9 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10.2 qq9 implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions. Passwords are stored in hashed form and are never accessible in plain text by qq9 staff. Financial data is processed through certified secure payment gateways.

10.3 qq9 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, provided all withdrawal conditions have been met.

11.2 qq9 may suspend or terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or posed a risk to the platform or to other users.

11.3 Upon termination for breach, qq9 reserves the right to retain any funds held in the account as damages, subject to any applicable legal obligations to return funds of a specific provenance.

12.1 These Terms shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with applicable law. qq9 is committed to resolving disputes in a fair and timely manner. In the first instance, all disputes should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with a clear description of the issue and any supporting evidence.

12.2 qq9 will acknowledge all written dispute submissions within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and will endeavour to reach a resolution within 28 calendar days of receipt.

12.3 The decisions of qq9 on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account actions are final, subject only to demonstrable factual error.

13.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

13.2 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any bonus-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and qq9 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

13.3 No failure or delay by qq9 in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall be construed as a waiver of that right or remedy. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of qq9.

13.4 You may not assign or transfer your account or any rights or obligations arising under these Terms to any third party without the prior written consent of qq9. qq9 may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
